Short Course Human Resource Management

Saxion offers short courses to enhance your knowledge in specific fields of study. After successful completion of the course you will be awarded a certificate. Most of our short courses consist of a very intensive programme up to 3 months. The programme is a mix of state of the art HR theory and case-based practices, incorporating students own experiences to the traditional and modern western Human Resource concepts, theories and models. The practical training accompanies the lectures, deepening the theory furthermore by overarching cases aimed at practical implications and applications. The course comprises formal lectures, group work, pair work, independent study, project work. In all modules, next to class sessions, students are expected to do a lot of work on their own.
