Twente University: Rubicon scholarships for Postgraduate (PhD)
The aim of the Rubicon programme is to encourage talented researchers to dedicate themselves to a career in postdoctoral research. The Rubicon scholarship programme offers talented researchers from abroad the opportunity to obtain grants to spend one year conducting research in the University of Twente.
Application information · Application must be submitted via NWO's electronic submission system Iris (opens in a new window) · Information about the Rubicon programme (opens in a new window) is found here Postgraduates who are currently engaged in doctoral research or who have been awarded a doctorate in the twelve months preceding the relevant deadline can apply. Applicants who are still engaged in doctoral research may only apply if their supervisor provides a written declaration approving their thesis. Women especially are urged to apply.
Deadlines for application 2 September 2008 and 2 December 2008.
