asa, hanze programme, sensor technologyThe Advanced Sensor Applications (ASA) Bachelor Course is aimed at talented students who can become innovation leaders in the field of sensor technology.

In the Bachelor Advanced Sensor Applications you learn how to apply sensor technology in all kind of areas.

This will be done in close partnership with leading industry players, such as Astron, NAM, Sun Microsystems and TNO.

Our partners provide interesting guest lectures and customer cases, supply the latest sensor techniques and designs and assess your assignments. In this way, knowledge and application are combined in the educational themes that HIT and its partners offer you.

As a student you develop expertise within the field of sensor technology and build an important network of contacts. This method of education makes the Bachelor Advanced Sensor Applications unique and very rewarding.

The Bachelor Programme takes 4 years: a one-year foundation course and a three-year main phase. The foundation course is intended to assure that students have the right level of technical, language and personal skills to finish the programme.
