Would you like to build your career in a transnational corporation? Or are you dreaming of working in a creative atmosphere in a PR or an advertising company? Do you have an aptitude for language and you enjoy working with words, images and media? Then the Bachelor programme in International Communication Management is your right choice!

The Bachelor programme in International Communication Management lasts 4 years. Having successfully completed it, you:

  • will be able to advise management in the fields of internal and external communication,
  • will know how to bring a new product to the attention of the consumer;
  • will be able to address the press, and
  • will also know how to work with various advertising agencies and designers.

How is the programme structured?

The first year is focused on laying the foundation of general competencies which you need for your future profession. In the second year, you will be expected to do more complicated projects. Your subjects will include media law, strategy and cross-cultural management, and you will attend workshops on audio/visual production as well as managerial and creative skills. During your third year you will select a graduation specialization that matches your personal interests and ambitions.

In the third year, you will also have to do a five-month internship in an organisation and country of your choice. This is an opportunity for you to gain the first-hand experience from leading professionals and to put into practice what you have learned so far. Your internship is a rich and rewarding experience.

In the fourth (and final) year, you will complete your studies with your graduation specialisation and a graduation project. You will research a genuine and practical problem and come up with a good solution for the company you are working for. At the end, you will present your research in a report and also in a professional presentation.

After you complete the International Communication Management programme you can, of course, enter the world of young professionals and start building your career. However, you can also decide to carry on with your studies and choose a Master’s programme in Business Communication, Policy Management, Organisation & Communication and etc.
