Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen offers a number of resources for international prospective students that are in the midst of making the often difficult decision about their future university and degree programme. The school offers Open Days, Education Fairs, information on the university website, and more. With the help of the International Student Team (ISTeam), prospective students can also chat with real Hanze students to ask any questions they have during the chat sessions.
The ISTeam consists of current Hanze UAS students who know nearly everything about the university and wish to share their knowledge and first-hand study experience with prospective students from all over the world.
You can join ISTeam chat sessions via Skype or Whatsapp or follow these chats on Twitter (@HanzeUAS), Facebook, RenRen/Vkontakte, and other social networks. Whichever way you choose to participate, you will be able to accumulate importance pieces of knowledge and to ask your own questions about the higher education available at Hanze UAS. During group sessions you will even have a chance to meet your possible future classmates and to start your own student network!
Chat sessions are scheduled for every Friday from 16:00 to 18:00 CET (Netherlands time). Add ISTeam’s Skype isteam-ebuddy and their Whatsapp (+31 6 134 681 82) to your contact list and ask real Hanze students anything you want to know!
