Choose your Bachelor’s study with a help of The Hague University’s tools

The Hague University of Applied Sciences offers a number of tools and activities for international students which can help them to choose a field of study and programme. These tools will be most useful for students wishing to enrol in one of the university’s English-taught Bachelor’s courses to further their professional education.

Visit the Orientation Plaza

The Orientation Plaza is one of the Hague UAS websites and is designed for students from abroad that want to study in English at the university. This website provides access to a number of tools such as:

  • The interests game. Students who play the “interests game” are shown a variety of pictures from which they have to choose at least 7 items. Afterwards, the website analyzes the choices and suggests several appropriate degree programmes that are available at the university.
  • Informative videos. Videos about programmes offered at the Hague UAS are available for students to watch. These videos show what current university students have said about specific courses and programmes.
  • Open Day registration. Students can register for the next Open Day where programmes of interest will be featured.

Study choice tools

At the International Office of the Hague UniversityIn the “Help in choosing your study” menu on the Hague UAS website, students are able to find more effective tools and activities that can help them discover their interests and find the perfect study programme to match them. The following study choice resources are available:

  • Check your interests and watch videos that match them. You can also register for the Open Day on the Orientation Plaza website.
  • Browse The Hague University website. This is where students can find all of the important information about the programmes they are interested in, such as admission requirements, application deadlines, tuition fees, available scholarships, and more.
  • Ask your questions directly to university lecturers, students, and alumni via e-mail.
  • Register for a Trial Study Day or a Guided Tour at the university. Trial Days are scheduled throughout the year while Guided Tours can be set for a date of your choice.
  • Take the Study Choice Test. It takes no more than 10 minutes to complete this short survey. Afterwards, you will receive advice about programmes that match your interests.
  • Check schedules for educational fairs organised around the world where you can meet The Hague University’s staff.
