New Bachelor’s programme in Marketing Management at Hanze UAS

Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen will begin to offer a new undergraduate programme in Marketing Management as of September 2016. The study will be taught in English and will take 4 years to complete.

Why Marketing?

Economics and business knowledge isn’t enough to build a successful enterprise. Being familiar with customer needs and having the communication skills necessary to establish relationships with business partners is also a key component. A solid business strategy needs to be developed as well. These are the aspects of business that marketing achieves and that is why it is the driving engine behind any company.

The new Bachelor’s programme in Marketing Management at Hanze UAS, Groningen will aim to prepare students for a professional career in the Marketing field. Students will study in a diverse community at Hanze’s School of Marketing Management. Besides Marketing, study curriculum will include modules in Business Communication, Economics, Consumer Behaviour, Sales, English, and a choice of one foreign language. Students will also sharpen their skills by completing two internships during years 2 and 4.

The programme’s graduates will receive a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and will be prepared to work in any international company or organisation.

Examples of positions for graduates: Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, Online Marketeer, CRM Marketeer, Account Manager, Trade Marketeer.

Tuition fees: € 1,984 per year for EU students, € 7,500 for non-EU students.

Admission requirements: secondary school certificate, English proficiency level of IELTS 6.0.

Application deadlines: August 15th, 2016 for EU students, June 1st, 2016 for non-EU students.
