Fontys University of Applied Sciences invites prospective students on the free webinar about its English-taught Bachelor’s programmes in Industrial Engineering & Management (IE&M). The event will take place on 25th January, 2017.

About programme

The IE&M programme prepares students for a professional career in manufacturing, logistics, purchasing or sales, and marketing. Graduates are able to find jobs at Dutch or international companies or can start their own businesses.

Students of the IE&M programme study in the Brainport area of Eindhoven. This area is filled with hundreds of technological companies, helping students adopt relevant real-world experience and practices while also facilitating their job hunt upon graduating.

Fontys’ educational approach offers students with the opportunity to complete individual and group projects. The university also organises internships in partnering companies. After graduation, students are able to continue their studies at the Master’s level in the Netherlands or abroad.

About webinar

The webinar hosted by Fontys will cover the following topics:

  • Who should consider studying Industrial Engineering & Management,
  • Why studying IE&M should be done in Eindhoven,
  • What the IE&M programme looks like,
  • What students and teachers say about IE&M,
  • What is required for admission and how to apply,
  • How much the programme costs and what scholarships opportunities are available.

Attending the webinar is free, but does require registration. Interested students should provide additional information about their particular interests during the registration process to help speakers make the event exceptionally useful for attendees.
