The results of the annual Keuzegids Universiteiten information guide are in, and Radboud University has once again been voted best traditional general university in the Netherlands, adding to its six-year winning streak.
An independent guide based primarily on results from the National Student Survey, the Keuzegids assesses various aspects of university quality, ranging from the expertise of lecturers to the number of contact hours and the quality of the facilities.
For the sixth consecutive year, the Dutch university information guide has awarded Radboud University top spot in the list of traditional, general universities in the Netherlands.
Together with the University of Groningen, which tied for first place this year, Radboud University received top marks from students for general quality of its education and facilities for Bachelor’s and Master’s students.
A masterful trend
The Keuzegids results add to an impressive array of achievements this year for Radboud University.
In March 2016, Radboud University was again voted best traditional university, this time in the Master’s edition of the Keuzegids, with ten Master’s programmes named best in their field and three awarded top programme status.
September 2016 saw another feather being added to Radboud University’s cap, with students again rating it as the best traditional university, this time in Elsevier magazine’s Best Studies survey.
The results come at the start of what will hopefully be another successful year at Radboud University, confirming the effort we put into our student experience and the excellence of our programmes.
