Hanze University of Applied Science organises the Intensive Summer Prep Course in Groningen for new undergraduate students, coming to the Netherlands from abroad. During this 2-week course you will familiarise with the Dutch culture and education methods, sharpen your communication skills, and participate in the social programme.


NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences organises one-week summer courses for international students interested in the fields of Hospitality, Tourism, Leisure, Real Estate, and Logistics. The courses run between July 6th and July 17th, 2015. All of the courses are taught in English and combine intensive professional preparation with a variety of social activities that help introduce students to the Dutch culture and lifestyle.


Alina Milovanova, a student from Russia, shares her experience about her study at the preparatory school in the Hague. After finishing of the English course she plans to study International Business and Management programme at the same university.


New non-EU students applying to a Bachelor’s programme at Saxion University of Applied Sciences may be eligible for one of the university’s bursaries. They cover fees and costs of education partially or in full and can be worth up to € 10,000.


Radboud University in association with Nuffic Neso Russia, offers a special scholarship programme for talented Russian students to study in Holland. This Orange Tulip scholarship is available for all English-taught Master’s programmes at Radboud University with the exception of the Erasmus Mundus Master’s. The deadline for applications for the OTS is 1 April 2015, so apply quickly if you still want to join in!



Tilburg University invites you to attend its Summer School in July and August, 2015. The summer classes offer a wide range of academic and language courses and include a number of social events which will help you explore the Netherlands and meet new people from all over the world.


Amsterdam University College Scholarships Fund (ASF) aims to support students that have outstanding study results as well as economic needs. By providing financial aid, ASF helps eligible students pursue the Liberal Arts and Sciences study programme at AUC.


The Summer School at The Hague University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands is a cutting-edge two or four week modular course running between July 6th and 31st. The course looks at solving global issues, such as poverty, pollution, and economic crises, through connecting the public and private sectors.


Radboud University will begin offering a new Master’s specialisation in Microbiology as of September 2015. Master’s students enrolled in the Biology and Molecular Sciences programme will be able to choose this domain of expertise. The new 2-year specialisation will focus on microbial research in general and clinical microbiology and biotechnology.
